Distribution

In July 2003 we introduced our own fleet of dedicated vehicles to deliver our carpet to retail customers across most of England and Wales.

Initially we delivered to those customers who we could service from our main Kidderminster factory. Outlying depots were established later, enabling us to increase our service to customers in London and the North. 

We are continually looking to fine-tune our systems and processes to improve our service offering. In 2005 this included an increase in our warehousing facilities and satellite tracking of our vehicles.
